Selection Process

All submissions will be reviewed by the C2UExpo 2017 Program Committee who will make final selections based on topic, subject matter, and fit into the overall program. Preference will be given to submissions that not only demonstrate innovation in and impact of the community-campus engagement, but also fit into the conference themes of the engagement process, the project lifecycle, comprehensive engagement and partnerships without borders.

Special care will be taken to include submissions from community groups or from groups demonstrating a community-campus partnership.

A webinar will be held at no cost during the autumn to help you prepare your submissions. The recording of this webinar will be made available online. Bursaries are available for community groups who wish to present and participate in the conference. Please contact us should you need financial and logistical support.
Submissions will be reviewed on the following criteria:
  • The nature and extent of the partnership between university/college and community and if co-created and delivered by both community and academic
